ALASKA GOLD is Walt Branam’s debut novel and the first of a Trilogy, although the ending doesn’t leave you hanging.  ALASKA GOLD was inspired by a true event in 1947, where a cargo plane carrying a shipment of gold crashed in the Alaskan Wilderness and was never officially recovered even to this day.  This novel explores the possibility of what if someone today discovered the crash location and went to claim the gold.  The heroes in this story run into some very nasty villains during their treasure hunt, turning their adventure into a battle, in the wilderness, for survival against an evil billionaire and his mercenaries.
